About Us

The Yoga Podclass is created by two lifelong friends who share a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone.

Our Mission

The Yoga Podclass makes yoga accessible, practical, and real—no screens required. We guide you through mindful movement and reflection that meet you where you are, helping you recognize patterns on the mat that show up in daily life. Whether you need nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, or a practice that travels with you, we're here as companions on the journey. Screen-free yoga for people who want substance over performance.

Why Audio-Only Yoga?

We believe yoga should be accessible, personal, and free from visual distractions. The Yoga Podclass strips away everything except what matters: clear alignment cues, thoughtful sequencing, and space for you to feel your own body. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our audio-only format lets you practice anywhere—in your living room, hotel room, or backyard—without needing to watch a screen.

Kyle Wilman

Kyle started his yoga journey in 2004 and got his 200-hour RYT in 2008 and has been teaching ever since. He's taught yin, restorative, hatha, and power flow, trained with Seane Corn and Baron Baptiste, and led six retreats in Sayulita, Mexico. He's also a certified Life Coach, working with individuals and fellow teachers to bring more clarity to their work. The Yoga Podclass started during the pandemic when Kyle couldn't find an audio-only yoga class. So he created it. What began as a small project has grown into a global community practicing yoga anywhere—no mat, no screen, just breath and movement. Kyle believes yoga isn't separate from life—it's a way of moving through it with more clarity, more space, and a little more ease.

David Stevens

David Stevens

David began his yoga journey in 2017, shortly after wrapping up his time playing college baseball. What started as a new way to move quickly grew into a practice rooted in connection to community, to source, and to himself. Teaching since 2019, David’s goal is for students to leave class feeling seen, inspired, and more capable than they previously believed. His classes are designed to welcome students of varying experience levels, while also offering plenty of opportunities to explore up-leveled practices. Students can expect intentional breathing, creative sequencing, and upbeat music woven with humor and philosophy. Above all, David aims to create an uplifting space where movement and mindfulness help students tap into their energetic essence.
