This 25-minute morning flow is designed to interrupt that pattern. Kyle leads a dynamic, heat-building practice — heart openers, backbends, sun salutations, crescent lunge, warrior II — built around one simple idea: you get to choose how this day goes. But only if you decide that before the day decides for you.

Off the Mat

Most of us don't notice we've handed the day over until it's already 2pm and we're wondering where it went. We didn't decide to do that. We just didn't decide not to. That's what the practice is pointing at. Not the poses, not the breath counts, but that moment in warrior II where Kyle said "you can check out or you can stay" and you probably knew exactly what he meant because you do it everywhere. At your desk. In conversations. In the ten seconds after your alarm goes off. The mat doesn't fix that pattern. It just slows things down enough that you can see it happening in real time.
