What to Expect

New Beginnings isn't about reinventing yourself or chasing transformation. It's about what actually happens when something shifts—a new job, a relationship ending, a move, a decision to finally try something you've been avoiding. These moments don't come with instructions. They come with uncertainty, discomfort, and the question: "Now what?" This season explores how yoga practice becomes a laboratory for navigating transitions. Not metaphorically. Literally. The way you meet a new pose, the breath you take (or skip) between movements, the grip you bring into unfamiliar territory—these are the same patterns you bring to new beginnings off the mat. With David now co-hosting, you'll hear two different teaching styles, two different perspectives, and two different ways of working with the same themes. Kyle leads the restorative and slow flow classes; David leads the dynamic and strength-building practices. And in our "Off the Mat" episodes, they explore together where these patterns show up in work, relationships, rest, and daily life.

Off the Mat

Whether you're in an actual new beginning or just noticing the smaller shifts that happen all the time, this season gives you frameworks for working with change—not from a place of fear or force, but from curiosity and presence. No gurus. No prescriptions. Just two teachers figuring it out alongside you.
