You Should Feel

How to Get Into the Pose
- 1Start in hero pose (sitting between your heels, shins alongside hips)
- 2Slowly lower back, first to forearms, then all the way down if accessible
- 3Use bolsters, blankets, or blocks under back for support
- 4Arms can rest overhead or by sides
- 5Knees stay together (don't let them splay)
Modifications
- •If too intense: Stay propped up on bolster or stack of blankets, don't recline fully
- •If knees are uncomfortable: Don't go as low, or skip this pose
- •If thighs cramp: Come out immediately, this may not be accessible for your body today
- •If ankles are uncomfortable: Place blanket under them
