You Should Feel
Release through your low back. Gentle stretch through your hips. Ease in your body. Softness.
How to Get Into the Pose
- 1Lie on your back, draw both knees toward chest
- 2Hold shins, knees, or backs of thighs
- 3Keep low back grounded on mat
- 4Shoulders and head stay relaxed on ground
- 5Can rock gently side to side
Modifications
- •If knees are uncomfortable: Hold behind thighs instead of shins
- •If neck is uncomfortable: Use small pillow under head
- •If too intense: Don't draw knees as close to chest
- •To deepen: Draw knees closer, lift head toward knees, rock side to side
