On the Mat. Off the Mat.
Always Integrated.
We don't just teach poses—we teach you to track patterns from your body into your life.
Listen Without Watching
Audio-only instruction means you follow felt sensation, not visual performance. You learn to notice what's happening in your body, not just what it looks like.
Notice the Pattern
Gripping in a forward fold? Holding your breath in a balance? These aren't just physical habits—they're the same patterns you bring to conversations, decisions, and transitions.
Take It Off the Mat
Every other week, we put down the mat and talk about what practice is actually teaching us.

Santosha: Finding Contentment
This week Kyle explores santosha, the yogic practice of contentment, not as settling or going quiet, but as the willingness to stop fighting the truth of where you are long enough to actually feel it.

Santosha: Contentment as Active Practice
I had a good cry this week. It came out of nowhere, just hit me, and my first instinct was to move through it quickly and get back to being functional. That instinct is worth paying attention to. Because the urge to rush past what we're feeling is usually where santosha gets misread as something it's not.
